Whakamana Dance Club is a safe, creative space for teens to connect, move, and be themselves. Membership gives you access to every Friday and Saturday club night — music, dancing, and a community that has your back.
Before you apply, please read:
  • Each member needs their own application. If you have two or three teens from the same household joining, please submit a separate application for each one. Use the same parent/guardian email and phone number for all applications — we will link them together on our end.
  • A parent or guardian must sign a consent agreement before membership is activated. After you submit this form, your parent or guardian will receive an email with the agreement to sign online. Membership cannot be confirmed until it is signed.
  • You will receive a membership plan selection and payment link after the consent agreement is completed.
This takes about 3 minutes to complete. Fill in your own information — not your parent’s.
